Electric Heart Manchester takes place Sunday 12th September 2027.

Yes, you must be 14+ to attend Electric Heart Manchester. Anyone under 18 must attend with a responsible adult.

ID is required to purchase alcohol if you look under 25.

There is no re-entry once you leave Electric Heart Manchester.

Allowed Bags at Electric Heart Manchester:

• Small bags up to A4 size (30cm x 21cm x 15cm)
• Small handbags, bum bags, clear bags of equivalent size

Not Allowed:

• • Duffel bags / rucksacks
• • Suitcases
• • Anything bigger than A4

All bags are searched. Oversized bags will be refused entry.

The following are NOT allowed at Electric Heart Manchester:

• Alcohol
• Illegal drugs / Nitrous Oxide / “legal highs”
• Liquids (except sealed water)
• Metal bottles
• Glass bottles / jars
• Weapons or sharp objects
• Aerosols over 100ml
• Umbrellas with pointed ends
• Perfume/aftershave
• No food is permitted
• Pyros / flares / fireworks / smoke bombs
• Laser pens
• Professional cameras (detachable lenses, tripods, rigs)
• Audio recording equipment
• Drones
• Personal vehicles (bikes, scooters, hoverboards, skateboards)
• Marketing materials
• High-visibility clothing (non-staff)
• Large bags (must be A4 size max)
• Camping equipment
• Animals (registered assistance dogs only – email in advance)

Limited ticketed accessible parking will be available next to this entrance - please display your Blue Badge clearly.

• Confirmation you require a PA/Carer ticket only (not a platform or ground-level viewing ticket)

If approved, we’ll add a complimentary PA/Carer ticket to your booking.

Do not purchase a PA/Carer ticket yourself. You will not be refunded.

Yes there is an accessible viewing platform available at Electric Heart Manchester.  Here is how to purchase the relevant ticket:

1. Request approval
Email hello@jbmmusic.com with:

• Your full name
• Proof of eligibility
• Confirmation you require the a PA/Carer ticket

2. Receive password

3. If approved, you will be sent a password to unlock the Access Viewing Platform ticket on Skiddle.

4. Purchase your platform ticket

5. Use the password to purchase the Access Viewing Platform ticket via Skiddle. (One platform ticket per eligible customer +1) 

6. Send your order number
Reply to hello@jbmmusic.com with your Skiddle order number so your booking can be linked and, if approved, add your complimentary PA/Carer ticket.

On the day, make sure you:

• Bring your ID and eligibility proof.
• Collect your platform wristband via the Accessible Entrance.
• Your PA/Carer enters with you.
• Accessible toilets are located behind/near the platform.
