Skiddle guarantee that we have the lowest booking fees available for Creamfields tickets. We are an official primary ticket outlet and all tickets are processed and dispatched by Skiddle direct to you. All our tickets are sold at face value and originate directly from the event organiser.
Our Creamfields Bronze package gives you access to camp in the Bronze campsite** which features “proper” toilets and hot showers and 24 hour manned Info Hub. (see below for details). Please note only those with a Bronze camping wristband can access the Bronze campsite.
Our Creamfields Silver package gives you access to camp in the Gold/Silver campsite** which features ‘proper’ toilets, hot showers, pamper parlour (with mirrors, hair straighteners etc), 24 hour manned Info Hub + free car parking. You will need to purchase a Creamfields Gold ticket if you wish to access the Hospitality Arena on site.
Creamfields Gold package includes access to the Gold/Silver campsite** which features ‘proper’ toilets, hut showers, pamper parlour (with mirrors, hair straighteners etc), 24 hour manned Info Hub, free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up a complimentary hot meal each day, Hospitality Arena ‘proper toilets’, indoor and outdoor seating areas, leather sofas, wooden flooring, plus access to various exclusive concessions and services including cocktails, Make Up and Hair and glitter tent***
* If you are purchasing a Creamfields Gold Day ticket – you get everything within the Gold
Package (excluding the camping features) + free car parking.
**Gold, Silver & Bronze tickets do not include pre-pitched tent.
What age do you need to be to attend Creamfields?
Creamfields is strictly an 18’s and over event, and we will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances / bars and spot checks will be in operation around the festival site. Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:-
o An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
o A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
o A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
o An in date Armed Forces Photo ID Card
o A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)
Where is Creamfields?
The location of Creamfields is Daresbury, Cheshire UK (In between Liverpool and Manchester). Please click here for more information on travel to the festival site.
Is there going to be parking at the festival? How much does it cost?
You can pay for your parking in advance as an add-on to your Creamfields ticket purchase. Advance prices are £15 for 4 & 3 Day Campers and £10 for 2 Day Campers.
If you have not paid in advance for your parking, then you can pay on site when you arrive. On the day prices are £20 for 4 & 3 Day Campers, £15 for 2 Day Campers and £10 per day for Day Ticket holders.
Day ticket holders cannot buy parking tickets in advance and need to pay on the day.
Free parking is provided to Gold, Silver & Dreamfields ticket holders.

Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs at Creamfields.
If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a 2 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after Saturday you will need to produce the Sunday ticket to gain re-entry on Sunday
Is there anywhere I can charge my mobile phone?
Yes. We have teamed up with Charge Candy to provide portable phone chargers this year. More info available here.
Charging Units will also be available be available in 6 locations across the all campsites and 2 locations in the main arena. You can pay for a one-off charge or unlimited charging and drop off your charger at any of these locations. Just drop off and they do the rest.
What facilities will there be on the campsite?
The Campsites will be filled with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to various food and non-food concessions, phone charging units, lockers, a camping supplies store and a general store. Information and welfare will be available – please head to one of our signposted campsite hubs where you will be assisted. Access to clean water and first aid is also available and clearly signposted.
Note that hot showers are only available in the Standard campsite with purchase of Club Class. More details on bookings and availability will be posted in the coming weeks. Hot showers and ‘posh’ loos come as part of the ticket price for Gold, Silver, Bronze and Dreamfields.
Are there any showers in the campsite?
If you have a Standard Camping ticket and want access to showers – you can purchase Club Class. This service includes access to hot showers, luxury toilets and pamper facilities which are located within the Standard Campsite. Information on prices and availability will be available in the coming weeks ahead. Keep up to date on Creamfields.com.
For those with Gold and Silver Camping tickets, or if you have purchased a Dreamfields Camping package, hot showers, access to luxury toilets and the pamper tent which includes straighteners, hair dryers, mirrors etc. are all included within your ticket package and can be found within the Gold & Silver campsite.
For those with Bronze tickets, your ticket includes access to the Hot Showers & Luxury toilets both of which will be located in the Bronze campsite.
Are there any lockers for my valuables?

How much alcohol can I bring?
Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed – e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24.
Please note that alcohol may not be brought into the event Arena which will be enforced on the entrance into the Arena.
I’ve been told by the ticket outlet that I need to collect tickets on the day
If you have been instructed to collect your tickets on site, please head to the relevant box office to collect. Day ticket holders collect at the NORTH box office. Weekend camping ticket holders collect at the SOUTH box office. Please have photo I.D. ready to show at the box office and follow the instructions given to you from your ticket agent.
Can I buy a Thursday or Friday day ticket?
We do not sell Thursday or Friday day tickets, nor are they included in a Weekend Non-Camping option. If you wish to attend the festival on these days, you must purchase either a 4 Day or 3 Day Camping ticket.
