TICKET ENQUIRIES
Gates officially open at 12:00 (Midday) on Saturday 18TH SEPTEMBER 2021. All visitors will need a VALID TICKET & suitable ID to enter the event. Failure to present both will result
in no admission to the event and removal from site. Last entry to the event is 18:00. No entry will be permitted after this time. CHALLENGE 25
Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any photographic ID that carries the
PASS logo. Photocopies are not acceptable. For those lucky to look younger than 25, in accordance with our Challenge 25 policy, our bar staff will also be required to check ID at point of sale, so please take this as a compliment as there are those of us who miss being asked. Access scheme
For this event, we're using the Skiddle Access Scheme by offering Personal Assistant tickets for customers who need to be accompanied. A Personal Assistant ticket is to be offered for free or discounted when somebody with a disability requires a carer to be in attendance with them. To automatically be eligible, please provide a copy of one of the following pieces of documentation listed below.

>Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
>Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
>Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
>Credability's Access Card

BY CAR
There will be a car park, advance purchase tickets for the limited space are now available: CLICK HERE Getting dropped off by friends and family? We will have a
dedicated pick-up/drop-off point at our on-site transport hub!
Once you reach the site you will be directed by our traffic management team. This area will be monitored by security at all times. Please remember if you do live locally there will be no pedestrian access to site so this is a great way to get to us safely!
BY SHUTTLE BUS
The Connected Shuttle Buses are back! We will be operating shuttles on a continuous loop all day between our Lydd Airport Festival site and the following destinations:
Ashford International Lydd Village Romney Marsh Rye Our local shuttles again take the stress out of travelling to Connected and ensure you can safely get to and from site. Shuttles start from 11:00 and run until 17:00 to get you to site and restart at 21:00 through until 01:00 to get you back safely. If you do live locally there will be no pedestrian access to site so this is a great way to get to us safely!
BY TAXI
We also have a dedicated taxi rank which is easily accessible, with pre bookings available via our exclusive taxi firm (insert name). All Ubers and private minibuses will also be permitted to operate
within this area. If you are booking a private minibus please contact us via travel@connected-events.co.uk as they will need pre authorisation to come onto site. Private minibuses wishing to park will be subject to parking charges.
ON FOOT
Pedestrian Access to site is limited. A shuttle bus will be available to pick up and drop off Connected Customers at the local Lydd Bus Stop.
