Moseley Folk Festival returns to the leafy suburb of Moseley for the 17th year. Set in the idyllic setting of Moseley private park the festival has become a stalwart of the Birmingham summer calendar with festival goers travelling from all over the world to catch some of the world's biggest artists in this beautifully intimate setting.
Showcasing unsigned acts right next to well established international artists makes for a really exciting bill. Moseley is very much a family friendly event with activities for all ages.
Moseley Folk Festival is held in Moseley Park, a stunning 11-acre woodland glade in the heart of Moseley Village. Although it’s just 2 miles from the centre of Birmingham it is a world away from city life. It is the perfect setting for a festival as the ground slopes down into a natural amphitheatre in front of a stunning lake. Moseley Park is in the heart of Moseley Village with plenty of shops, newsagents, restaurants, pubs and cash machines.

When is Moseley Folk Festival?
Moseley Folk Festival takes place on the 2nd - 4th September 2022. The doors will open at 13:00 on Friday and 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday, with each day finishing at 22:30. Please note, last entry is at 9:30 pm.
Where does the festival take place?
Moseley Park can be found at the following address:
Moseley Park, 93b Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8DD
Moseley Park is situated just off The Alcester Road, Birmingham B13 8DD. The festival entrance is located just between Dixon’s Estate Agents and The One Trick Pony Club and opposite the Co-operative supermarket.
The festival is only 2 miles south of Birmingham City centre and is best reached by bus. The No.50 bus runs approximately every 10 minutes and takes roughly 10 minutes to reach Moseley (the Sunday service is slightly less frequent). You can get the No. 50 bus from opposite Moor Street Station or the top of Digbeth High Street. The No. 50 runs until around midnight.
By Car + Parking
Despite our best efforts we have been unable to arrange dedicated parking. The surrounding streets are residential and parking is limited. We’d recommend parking just outside Moseley in neighbouring Balsall Heath or Kings Heath. The No.50 bus will take you easily from your car to the festival and back.
From the South
Take Junction 3 off the M42 sign posted A435 Birmingham South. Follow the A435 approximately 7 miles into Moseley.
From the North
Take Junction 6 off the M6 signposted A38M Birmingham Centre. Follow the A38 through Birmingham Centre and head south. At the junction by Edgbaston Cricket Ground turn left. Drive past the cricket ground and go straight on at the roundabout up Salisbury Rd into Moseley.
