Biography

THE BENWAHS are a Birmingham UK based Panda Punk band.

THE BENWAHS initially formed in London 2007. After landing a spot playing the SU:BAR on HOLLYOAKS, being featured in local papers and recording with a top producer, THE BENWAHS unfortunately decided to part ways.

However, Suzie Benwah, founder, writer and singer/guitarist of THE BENWAHS decided to move back to her beloved homeland Birmingham and bring together an all Brummie line up. Jon joined on lead guitar and B.V’s, Ben on drums and Jason later joined on bass and B.V’s.

THE BENWAHS have been gigging Birmingham since April 2009 and are already being recognised on the circuit. With their new Come To Mine EP, The Benwahs are poised to burst onto the music scene and with their mercurial paced Panda Punk, The Benwahs are sure to become the talk of the town.
