A powerful, melody driven Neo-Psychedelic rock band; sparkling guitars, tight low end and ethereal lyrical imagery included. Championed by This Feeling, BBC introducing and Denim + Leather magazine, The Astrids are rapidly growing through the Psychedelic and Indie scene in West Yorkshire, having recently supported The Vryll Society at Brudenell Social Club.

Stemming from Leeds, The Astrids made their debut at The Wardrobe in Leeds opening for The Indigo Project, to an excellent reception.

During their live shows, the quartet conjure up a sound reminiscent to the acid-fueled psych rock scene of the 60’s and 70’s, whilst also drawing influence from a more modern, Neo-psychedelic, surf rock and garage rock sound and put on a show that is positively flamboyant and energetic.
