Tacet has a reputation. He is known as the party starter extraordinaire. People heap praise on him after he delivers banger after banger in his set, taking his hand to all manner of dance music and reading the crowd as if he were the preacher in the pulpit, extoling to the masses.

Brought up on a diet of Tchaikovsky, Louis Armstrong and Supertramp, Tacet's record selections take a similarly eclectic pathway, making him the perfect man to get any party started.

His DJ tastes nowadays have moved into the more electric zone and is known to be able to whip up all manner of dance music genre.

Based in Manchester, Tacet is a certified Music Maestro and Karnival's resident DJ.

Tacet has been dj'ing up and down the country for the last decade as well as finding time during the last couple of years to play trumpet (Louis wasn't wasted on him) in the band 'Proud Proud People'.

He brings the true spirit of Karnival to the people and every time makes it a very special night.
