Originally from Manchester, SY EWax (or YSC) has been living in Berlin for the past 5 years and is now a big name in the underground European scene. He runs his label's EWax (founded in 2016) plus two sister labels - EWax Black and EWax White. The EWax pushes music from the likes of Djebali, Paolo Rocco, Monika Ross, Alex Ground, Jamahr and many more.

SY also hosts label showcases across Europe including Barcelona, Ibiza, Paris, Amsterdam and of course his long standing Watergate Club night in Berlin. During those years he's played at renowned clubs like Fabric, Watergate, Dedge, Sankeys, Space, Ibiza, Hoppetosse, Tresor, Badaboum, Golzheim to name a few.
