François Turcotte (Seven Ways) has been performing for various crowds and locations since 2001. His reputation across Canada peaked when François’ own event, Black Light, caught the attention of reputable artists from the likes of Mad Maxx, Painkiller and Micky Noise, to name a few. Seven Ways' remarkable contributions to the scene led him to escalate rank from 'DJ-promoter' to 'Local Pioneer', building new foundations for the generations to come. Shortly after earning national success, the psychedelic DJ gained global support from fans all around the world, most notably by being requested to play for some of the top psytrance shows, such as the yearly #PsyDay - it marked the beginning of an international fanbase. In 2014, the once privileged only DJ to play alongside veteran producers as Liquid Soul, Sonic Species or Ovnimoon, stepped into music production and signed his first track on Pharmacy Music. Critically acclaimed ever since, the name "Seven Ways" circulated upon notorious psytrance labels, managing to get him serious opportunity releases for the upcoming year. From massive outdoor festivals to smaller intimate raves, Seven Ways’ music has carried messages of hope and compassion, life and celebration, on a planet struggling for its future.
