Biography

Scuttlebuggs is a charming musical duo that originated in the mitten state but blossomed in Chicago. The band is comprised of Kevin Golden (of local band Beaten By Yuri) and Claire Kander (a squirrelly young lass who you may have heard doing voice overs on the Telly). People have likened their harmonious duets to The Everly Brothers (if one of the brothers sounded more like a woman). The material oscillates from pleasantville to creeptown, with some angelic siren songs in between. Inspired equally by the origins of country, folk, rock and doo-wop, this duo offers modern perspective to classic sounds. Enjoy. Read more on Last.fm.
