Scarlet Butterfly is an experienced aerial dance performer based in West Yorkshire and specialising in acrobatic, cirque style pole dance. She is passionate about dance and believes attention to detail is everything in a performance. To this end she creates acts that blend pole art with beautiful costumes, the use of fan veils and other interesting things! Influenced by butterflies, and all things mythical and magical, she creates visually stunning pole art that incorporates dazzling fantasy, faery and butterfly inspired costumes. Her acts are exciting, unpredictable and offer high entertainment value. More recently she has begun combining her pole art with burlesque and in early 2014 was nominated for the Hebden Bridge Burlesque Festival newcomer’s competition.
