Sandra is a Spanish photographer based in Edinburgh, where she works as a freelance developing a growing portfolio of performing arts, editorial portraiture and live events. She is a graduate from Edinburgh College and previously from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with a background in Advertising, Media and cultural events. Her work has been featured in Slate Magazine and exhibited in UK, Czech Republic and Italy!!

In her personal projects, she reflects on identity, gender, mind, body and other human issues; holding an open approach, through photography at times blended with other visual arts, such as performance or video installation. Interested in collaborative and participatory practice, she uses photography both as a medium and as a process for research and self-expression, combining documentary, cinematic and performative elements in an exploration of the ever evolving visual language.
