The two most common ways to treat Social Phobia are with medication and cognitive behavioral therapy, yet these can be avoided by utilising another less known ‘coping skill’ – stick your head into electro-shocksoul hardcore rockin riddums and scream your streptococcus ridden throat into bits or soul your bitch voice up as high as it’ll go. Refuge for the Meeks have found the latter to be quite effective.
