PieroDread is a singer and musician of the Italian and European reggae scene.

He has worked with great artists of the Italian and international scene as, Freddie McGregor, Africa

Unite, Laurel Aitken, Roy Paci, Nina Zilli, Luciano, Morgan Heritage, Turbulence, Lion D , Raphael, and

Anthony B, with whom released "So Precious" single on the north revolution African, a real tribute to the

martyrs of the so-called "Arab Spring." He comes from the same "stable" of talent Alborosie & Nina Zilli and his

style is attributable to singer as Gentleman and Ziggi Recado.

In 2022 released 3 singles “Treat for the day” describe the hard situation in a worldwide key, “Buff and shine”

and “The time has come” produced by himself and co-written with the Jamaican songwrighter Patrick Reid.

In 2017 he released the second album as a songwriter and singer entitled #Interplay, inspired by the interaction

between voice and musical instruments, which create the "unique and unrepeatable magic" typical of each

songs.

2014 is the year of change. The victory for the second time Rototom Sunsplash contest and participation on the

TV show "The Voice of Italy", (J-AX team) increased visibility and curiosity by main public, and helps to bring

After a few single, in 2013 released "Real Vibes' first solo album that becomes best seller on Amazon in the

Born in Turin in February 1980 he moved to Milan at a young age, where he grew artistically and began playing

live in the most prestigious clubs in the city offering a tribute to the most significant songs of Bob Marley,

studying and spreading Rastafarian culture and philosophy , and soon began to play on international stages,

playing at first as one man band and then with Franziska, a band that has led him to publish three albums

between 2003 and 2008 and to climb on prestigious stages of the major reggae festivals throughout Europe.

With Franziska also won the European Rototom Sunsplash 2007 Contest.

In multiple roles as a singer / musician / producer has added its own production to record labels such as Warner-

"I love Black music in all its forms, from soul to blues to R & B and of course reggae in particular, I was taught to unite and

respect other cultures because they have real stories to tell that everyone should know" he said in a recent interview.
