Pearl City exists in an other worldly place where melancholic pop music reigns supreme and the future’s not so desolate. Formed by duo Nick and Greta in Manchester, their debut track 'Flames' is the opening portal for a parallel world they've created.

Pieced together from a range of live instrumentation, studio trickery, field recordings, obscure instruments, alongside a more typical combo of synthesisers, effects units and drum machines, their take on avant-pop dips between glacial vocal arrangements, electronic pulses and phantom echoes.
