OUTLYA are a collective from the Suffolk coast. They make colourful pop music and they want you to join their ever expanding choir. They have been played on Radio 1, 6Music and RadioX, played festivals including Glastonbury, Reading+Leeds and Latitude and have toured with the likes of James Bay, Maggie Rogers and George Ezra. Having released their latest single on their own label, Harbour Masters in December ("Burn"), 2019 is set to see plenty more from the shapeshifting group.
