The Northern Bell Orchestra is an advanced handbell ensemble which provides the opportunity to develop your handbell ringing skills in an environment different to your local team.

The NBO performs under the joint direction of Tim Willetts and Kate Sawallisch. It currently performs with between 2 and 3 five octave sets of bells together with chimes and, occasionally, other instruments. The season runs from September through to the following June with usually two concerts at the end of season.

Rehearsals are held monthly at Ashover Parish Hall in north Derbyshire
