Niall is one of Ireland's best known and most respected Bluegrass and American Roots Country Music performer and aficionado. He lists his influences as Hank Williams, Jimmie Rodgers, The Carter Family and the wonderful Bill Monroe. Niall presents the RTE Radio One Roots Freeway show, and as well as touring with his full band, he plays an occasional solo concert.
