Mortimer Softley (born 16 March 1975), better known as Natural Black, is a reggae singer from Guyana, he moved to Jamaica to pursue his love of Reggae music and performed with some of the Reggae greats. such as Gordon Lee, Jack Scorpio, Freddie McGregor and Beres Hammond.

In 2006 Natural Black became an international success with his hit song

“Far From Reality”.
