Mark Grimshaw is an Autistic PowerPoint using comedian who takes a look at the darker side of a major aspect of modern life - the internet. Looking at everything from the self-centered lunacy of Facebook to some places that probably shouldn’t be featured on TripAdvisor, Mark will take you through the selection of his internet history he’s allowed to show on stage.
Mark started performing comedy in November 2015. Since then, he has become Runner Up in the Beat The Frog World Series 2016, won King Gong at The Comedy Store in Manchester three times, became the only North West act to make it to the So You Think You're Funny semi-finals in 2016, and came second in the Harrogate Theatre Comedian of The Year 2016 competition. He is also in this years final of Hot Water Comedian of The Year, and was a semi-finalist of this year Great Yorkshire Fringe New Comedian of The Year. He has performed middle spots for Manford's Comedy Club, Comedy Station Comedy Club and Ten Feet Tall, and has done Thursday night open spots at The Comedy Store and The Frog and Bucket. He has also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe as part of Gagster's Paradise (2016), The Three Amigo's (2017) and The Clinic (2017).
