Festival and rave promoter

Marks Dad was a DJ in the 70’s and 80’s playing disco funk and neo soul. Mark was brought up in a very musical environment going to London’s Notting Hill carnival from the age of 7 years right up into my teens 20’s 30’s.

Mark was also very much into the raving scene going to my first under 18’s rave around 14 years old. At that time his father was a nightclub bouncer in the west end of London which entitled him access all clubs.

Marks first job was at the buzz bar Leicester Square, working in the cloak room.

His journey into promoting festivals began in 2020 when He decided to give up his mundane job and follow his heart.

Marks first festival was at gatehouse glamping 2020 were he hosted a live music yoga festival. Mark pride himself on using local talent and keeping it within the community. Musicians such as Matt Linnen Jordan Hemingway slim pickings joe garner Dave livings Chris senner owner of Peggy Sue’s music bar Leigh on sea. Also using local stall holders giving them a platform to sell their unique products. Mark is also a sound healer providing gong baths at our events using gongs and crystal bowls. He has four festivals under his belt with the help of his best friend Dan Sanderson. This friendship led to the organic development of BITD WEEKENDER we are now business partners.

Both now very proud to have the pleasure of working with some of the most genuine, passionate and determination individual such as: Funky Sx DJ’s Chris Stebbeds, DJ Liberty, DJ Adam fierce and Billy Page.
