Marcus cut his teeth on some Soundlab belt drive turntables in 1994 whilst at University, then took up a weekly residency at his Student Union from 1996-97. He continued djing over the years, but stepped away from djing on the club scene.

After spending a number of years in the DJing wilderness, Marcus was played alongside the legendary Dave Pearce at the O2 in Southampton in 2017, and since then, his DJing career has gone from strength to strength.

A face on the House Music scene in his home city of Southend-on-Sea and further afield, you'll regularly see him DJing for Sun Of A Beach, and guesting for other nights such as Oh So Sexy and Late Arrivals.

Alongside his wingman Junior Scott, and under their shared Inner Sanctum brand, Marcus plays fortnightly on House Music Radio. The pair now also promote and are the resident DJs for Legbas Basement Sessions at The Royal Hotel in Southend playing all things House, Funk, Tech and Trance.
