Mad Winter is an up & coming Manchester band, comprising of four very down to earth young men united by their love of music. Especially their hometown idols Oasis, Stereophonics and Foals, all of which have big influences in their own music.

The band is made up of; James Hartley (lead vocal/guitar), George Fitzgibbon (lead guitar), Scott Morris (bass) and Callum Thomson (drums).

Although there is a strong Manchester indie feel to the bands sound, there is also a very unique addition of subtle electronic tones and extremely catchy melodic hooks. This dynamic is sonically evident on the bands soon to be released EP; 'Emergence'. The release date is yet to be confirmed, however it will be well worth the wait.

Until then, Mad Winter are performing an array of live gigs around Manchester, definitely not an event to be missed, as fans of all ages sing along and dance to this infectious foursome.
