Laurence is an English tenor, studying singing with Neil Baker and has taken part in masterclasses with Janice Chapman, James Gilchrist and Graham Johnson. Having read music at Caius College, Cambridge, he went on to complete a Masters in singing (with distinction) at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. He now works freelance on a wide range of projects which include opera, oratorio and operetta, as well as teaching, coaching and accompanying. Recent engagements include Inkslinger (Paul Bunyan) for Opera Anglia, Ferrando (Così fan Tutte) for Kings Head Theatre, Turiddu (Cavalleria Rusticana) for Hampstead Garden Opera, Remendado (Carmen) for Lameth Orchestra and pianist (Suor Angelica) for Opera in the Meantime. Future engagements include Rodolfo (La Boh�me) for Barefoot Opera, Pianist/Tenor (Trouble in Tahiti) for Stage Left Project and Acis (Acis & Galatea) for Ad Parnassum Productions.
