were formed by Wolverhampton singer/songwriters Dave Lawrence & James Davey. In January 2018, the duo was asked to record some of their songs with top producer Gavin Monaghan of the Magic Garden Studio who in commenting said "They draw on classic Folk Rock, Country, Trad Rock and Americana influences - Fans of beautiful song writing will enjoy Kornastone”

In Summer 2018, Dave and James were joined by fellow Wolverhampton musicians Stuart Ward, Martin Ratcliffe and Keith Allen, and released their debut album “Oh My Days”. All tracks from the album were featured by BBC Introducing West Midlands & Shropshire as well as many independent radio stations across the UK. Following the album, they released the Beautiful Day EP in April 2019 and the Spin Me The World EP in Spring 2020. Since then, they’ve been joined by new drummer /percussionist Alan Paxton who’s replaced Keith Allen who now lives and performs in Japan.

Dave & James have been writing songs and performing together as a duo since the late 70s often joining other artists on tour such as Raymond Froggatt. Jamie also became friends with the legendary songwriter Clifford T. Ward and performed many shows and wrote songs with him.
