Jaya combines rhythmic guitar with melodic bass lines and infectious vocal melodies, to deliver refreshingly Edgy Pop. Her songs have been likened to that of Tracy Chapman, The Counting Crows and KT Tunstall.

Originally from Sydney, Jaya grew up in the Middle East and returned to Australia to study at Queensland's Conservatorium of Music; where she recorded and co-produced her debut EP, ‘Go All the Blue People’.

Now living in London, UK, Jaya is performing in a new trio line-up with bass player/singer, Ronald Maas (NL) and drummer, Theo Buckingham (UK). 'Dreamer' is the band's first single of 2016.
