IYUS are a 5 piece metal band from Essex, England. The band was formed in November 2010 by guitarists Josh Thompson and Jacob Barber, both of them brought different members to the band. Josh brought Joey Drake, the original drummer of the band, and Josh Chaimberlain (ex-vocalist). Jacob involved ex-bassist Conor O'Shea into the group. After a few practices Josh Chaimberlain decided to leave the band due to financial issues, and Conor was outed on terms of lack of commitment. This brought a problem to the band as recording for the debut EP was planned for Feb 2011.
