INTERPLAY features some of the most creative players in the Midlands and has a well-deserved reputation for its repertoire of original tunes, jazz favourites, and global grooves. The band performs at jazz and arts festivals, in jazz clubs and at community events.

Started by bassist and composer Adrian Litvinoff in 2007 INTERPLAY are equally at home playing to dedicated jazz fans and general audiences. Their performances frequently feature a level of audience involvement that is rare for contemporary jazz.

The band’s first CD Introducing Interplay (Silvery Records (SRCD033) came out in June 2010. Jazz CD Reviews called it ‘melodious and memorable’ …. ‘warm and imaginative’.
