28-year-old Hervé Pagez is on a Buzz Lightyear trajectory from his teenage bedroom in Guadeloupe to interstellar space, infinity and beyond. At 17 years old, he stumbled across EDM and was instantly inspired to make his own dancefloor pounding bangers.

2012 was the year the Hervé Pagez rocket took off when Laidback Luke discovered him and, off the back of a few highly promising demos, signed him to his label Mixmash.

A curious DJ, with no barriers and not an ounce of pretense, he seduced the local club scene with his own variety of moombahton, trap, and afro influences, while maintaining his own balance of fun and pop, leading him to well and truly light up Tomorrowland in 2016.

Now, he’s poised to conquer the universe with Spicy, his own, off-the-wall insane rendition of the Spice Girls’ hit song Wannabe, and the single set to propel the Antilles sound to the speed of light. With Diplo and Charli XCX at his side, Hervé Pagez is getting friendly with dolphins in space. Those briefs are turning out to be pretty lucky after all…
