Sheffield's DV8 a.k.a Adam Dickens is creating a journey through sounds to forge his own distinct productions and sets. Atmospheric textures, deep pads, glitchy cuts and stripped back drums are what encapsulates the DV8 sound. DV8's current focus is on not confining to one genre, so expect to hear all sounds across and within.

The 'Lysergic EP' seen both tracks reach #1 in Minimal/Deep and also Organic House release charts, alongside 'Lysergic' sitting at 14 in the Minimal Beatport top 100.

Adam's passion for the underground music community has led to being the founder and label boss of Sheffield based collective @soundsofhotwire, running and promoting parties in unique and intimate spaces throughout the city.

Alongside Hotwire, DV8 has featured at prime city locations Hope Works,Signal,02 Academy,Code Warehouse supporting East End Dubs,Rossi,Jaden Thompson and Ben Sterling to name a few.
