Splitting Frequencies very own DJ Amott!!!

Malvern based DJ and producer Amott has been Djing over 20 years. He is equally adept on the 1210’s or the CDJs. He has performed at venues all across the country for a number of brands including DNB Collective, Major Bass and DNB Shellaz! He regularly performs for various local promotions such as DNB City and Vibe Promotions.

Amott has also played many festivals including Nozstock and Wootown. A career highlight was being booked to play Mutant Festival in Belgium 🇧🇪

He has won a number of DJ competitions including Next Hype and Turno’s Ethos Challenge Collab Battle! Amott has also run a show on Blackley’s Cre8dnb platform for several years and set up his own brand Splitting Frequencies over 7 years ago!

Amott loves to play an exciting style of jump up! He plays a mixture of classic and new school jump up tunes! His sets always feature loads of unrealised dubs! He has promised to release them soon! We will hold him to that!

Amott has played sets with nearly every big name MC in the game including Eksman, Evil B, Trigga, Skibadee, Shabba, Harry Shotta, Dreps, Funsta, Bassman…. and many more!! He has recently received high praise from the legendary Fatman D!!!
