Hailing from The South Wales Valleys, Dan Newman is a Welsh DJ/producer known for his high energy track selections and productions. His vast knowledge for a variety of genres keeps his sets eclectic and unpredictable, whilst maintaining cohesiveness, switching between genres such as house, techno, UKG, hardcore, techno, trance and breakbeat. A recurring theme within his sets/productions remains constant however, which is high powered, euphoric, 90s rave fuelled energy.

Dan has paved his way into the scene by gaining support on his productions from the likes of Job Jobse, Kettama, Girls Don’t Sync, Sam Alfred, Wolters, Paige Tomlinson, Ben Hemsley, Benwal, Morgan Seatree, Lammer & Dusky, just to name a few. In 2025 he’s released on formidable labels such as Armada, TNT, Amsterdam Dance Capital, 17 Steps, Obscuur and Hooj Choons. Picked as 'One to Watch' by Jaguar on her BBC Radio 1 Introducing Show, Dan Newman is quickly becoming recognised as a dominant force in the industry.
