Although now based in London, the soprano Chen Wang comes originally from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in northwest China. She is an inspirational operatic singer, with a voice of effortless grace that is both captivating and compelling. Chen has performed widely in Britain and Europe having established herself as a creative, dynamic and versatile musician. She has performed in various locations including the Queen Elizabeth Hall and Cadogan Hall. She was featured on the BBC’s ‘Songs of Praise’ programme, speaking about her love and passion for music and her mission for fundraising concerts for charities.
