CHARIOTS is the artist name of UK singer-songwriter and producer Tom Read. Conceived off the back of an ambitious project to write, record and release one song a month in 2015, CHARIOTS creates infectious indie-pop that combines enticing melodies with poignant lyrics.

An international singer-songwriter, Tom spent a large part of his youth in Hong Kong, and toured across Asia performing and collaborating with Asian and western artists. In 2013, Tom returned to the UK to focus on songwriting, and has spent the last few years writing and performing extensively across the UK and Europe.

Having already had songs featured on BBC Introducing Oxford, the debut EP from CHARIOTS is set to be released in June 2016, followed by a UK club tour in October 2016.
