Cariss Auburn is a singer-songwriter and producer from Wolverhampton. From opening for soul legend Alexander O’Neal at The Jamhouse, Birmingham to appearing at Sofar Sounds and supporting Heatwave at iconic venue The Jazz Café, London, she cites her soulful and melodic approach to music as “personal catharsis with a bit of optimism, even if it’s only 1% and conveyed through the feel of the music rather than the lyrics themselves.”

Following being long-listed in the Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition and the release of her debut EP ‘Unphased,' from which the eponymous track was named “standout” track of the week by BBC Introducing WM, new single ‘Way Down’ is available November 22nd ahead of her full band headline show in collaboration with Punch Records November 27th at The Sunflower Lounge, Birmingham.
