Cutting his teeth in the Hull house party circuit as a Crystal Clear DJ Society resident, Insurrect has a penchant for the dimly lit, bass-laden avenues of dance music - fluctuating through Baltimore Club, Dubstep, Ghetto House, Hip Hop, UK Funky and UKG.

Insurrect has supported the likes of Champion, Conducta, Groovy D, Madam X, Papa Nugs, Sir Hiss, Smokey Bubblin' B, Tañ and Wookie, has hosted nights in Hull, Manchester and Shrewsbury, and currently holds a monthly residency on Komunal Radio under the moniker ‘Dark Frequencies’.
