The comedians did not seem prepared and were not our sort of comedians but would try again as venue was good and food nice.   If these comedians came back I would certainly not attend.

Review of Late Comedy Show & Meal (Thursday 27th November)

The acts where terrible, left after 30 mins of the first act,not sure where the acts where found but we they need to research the island first, where not racist,homophobic or a nation that prides itself on drug smuggling.
Really poor event and at a cost of nearly £200 in total for 3 people it was a complete waste of money.
Gutted as we were big on the comedy club UK and acts it brought, but the atmosphere was horrendous no one was laughing with exception to one inebriated man at the front.
Really disappointed in the whole evening

Review of Late Comedy Show & Meal (Thursday 30th October)

We had an amazing night at the Barbary Coast. The comedy acts were great and very entertaining. Thanks to Windsor for his compere, and going easy on me on the VIP table! ð 
The food was great too! We look forward to next event. 

Barbary Coast had the opportunity to make this a success but I wouldn't recommend it. The pros were - good to see som**hing different being offered on island, food was decent, tick*t prices reasonable, big shout out to the young girls who were waiting on. Cons - the atmosphere was of a normal busy night in the pub, lights weren't dimmed, people were coming and going to go outside having cigarettes, people were vaping in the venue, the staff were walking between tables collecting glasses and asking people if they wanted another drink all while the acts were on stage. Given there was a 10 min break between acts, glass collecting could have waited the 30 min act. Constantly asking people if they want more drinks means already tipsy people end up pretty wasted and noisy- which isn't great when you're trying to hear a comedian and really no need when instructions were given at the start of the night on how to order drinks. No member of staff or management asked people to be quiet despite full blown loud conversations taking place, and other people asking them to be quiet, you could hear clearing up in the kitchen, people who had 'bar only' tick*ts were leaning over our table at the back of the room while watching the acts, having conversations. But the biggest problem was the acts were really poor.

Review of 'Forever Elton' - Elton John Tribute & Meal (Friday 8th August)

Great value for money and the food was lovely. Only suggestion was that we were a 2 seated on a table of 6, it would've been handy if there was a bit of room for us to squeeze out wall side without having to ask the other people to move (table moved slightly away from the wall).  Super night though and would love to go to more tribute acts again.

Unbelievable, value for money event! Great music,  great food,  great atmosphere,  great night!
