The experience uses live actors, immersive sets and special effects to bring scenes to life, including the Vikings, their Saxon enemies, Guy Fawkes, local witch Isabella Billington, the Black Death and a torture chamber.

The attraction is presented as a walk-through experience where you can see, hear and smell different parts of the city’s past. It combines history, theatre and themed effects in a format designed to be both entertaining and atmospheric.
