Katie Price is the woman behind Studio Goodwork, an independent design studio based in South Wales. Studio Goodwork was never the plan, but it turns out it's exactly where she's meant to be. After feeling completely disillusioned by the creative industry, Katie decided to reframe her creative practice. It's a work in progress, but aren't we all?

Katie's talk will share how she's building Studio Goodwork to be a space where she can explore her creative practice in its entirety. Her love for research and design combined - described as design rooted in research, reality and respect for community and craft.

This is a story of reflection, refocus and reshaping.

James Owen

Authentic Storytelling in a Noisy World

In a world where AI-generated content is everywhere, standing out has never been harder. James will talk about why authentic storytelling still cuts through the noise and how real, human stories create deeper connections with audiences.

James is the Director at Stori Cymru, a South Wales-based video production company focused on telling meaningful, story-led content for brands and organisations. With a passion for uncovering the human side of every project, the team specialises in crafting video content that feels genuine, engaging and rooted in real experiences – helping clients connect with their audiences in a more authentic way.
