You might know Doug Foulger as the host of Amigos Open Mic on Thursday nights, keeping one of Sutton Coldfield's best-loved music fixtures running week after week.

Code 3 is his own band, and it shows you a different side of him. This is a three-piece harmony trio with Doug on bass and vocals, Pete Jarvis on guitar and vocals and Gary Curley on drums and vocals. Three voices, three instruments, and decades of experience in how to keep a room moving.

The setlist covers up-tempo indie, pop, Britpop, ska, new wave and reggae, running from the 80s through the 00s, and it's built for joining in rather than just watching. These are the songs you know every word to by the second chorus, played by musicians who understand that's exactly the point.
