About

C H A M E L E O N S
The Chameleons hail from Manchester, England and are
often cited as being one of the most widely influential
bands of the Post Punk era after being discovered by the
legendary John Peel and releasing three seminal albums,
‘Script of the Bridge’, ‘What Does Anything Mean
Basically’ and ‘Strange Times’ , which helped define
80s and 90s guitar music.
In the immediate wake of their new and widely critically
acclaimed 2025 album ‘Arctic Moon’ and following three
years of extensive touring with the band around the world,
principle songwriter, lead singer and bassist from The
Chameleons - Vox (Mark Burgess) takes a step back
to present a special acoustic show, performing material
that spans his forty year career in music. Featuring songs
from The Chameleons, along with material written and
developed with side or solo projects such as The Sun
And The Moon, The Sons of God and Invincible. Vox is
joined by fellow Chameleons guitarist Stephen Rice.
