Rum & Rhythm: A Live Music Paired Islay Rum/Whisky Tasting

Join us for a unique evening of flavour and sound as we explore two Islay rums and two scotch whiskies paired with live music performed by the incredible Rhythm & Booze.

Hosted by Ben Inglis, Islay Rum Distillery Rum Manager, this guided tasting experience takes you through four distinctive spirits. The evening begins with two Islay rum expressions, each served as both a cocktail and a neat dram. As each rum is introduced there will be a short guided tasting of the neat pour, followed by Rhythm & Booze performing a specially chosen piece of music designed to complement the character of the spirit while you enjoy the paired cocktail.

The experience then moves into two carefully selected scotch whiskies, served neat with guided tastings. As with the rums, each whisky will be paired with a live musical performance chosen to reflect the character and story of the spirit.
