Review of Pianopalooza Indoor Festival

The energyyyyy was on fireee... hood place open

I was denied entry into the event because i did not have physical identification like a passport.Despite efforts of me having my BRP and opening my e-visa i was still denied entry by the security guards.I therefore had to go back to Bristol since i do not stay in Nottingham.The security guards were very rude and rowdy and pushed us away from the entrance.Eventhough i did not have a physical identification,the evisa should have sufficed being that i use that to prove my identity even in government offices how much more entrance to entertainment events or clubs??!

Bathrooms were very dirty and the artist only performed late and only for 10-15 minutes.

Absolutely ridiculous experience at Pianopalooza. Despite being a student event, international students were discriminated, security refused entry to  me and my friends because we used BRP cards which is the only valid ID international students are given in the UK and its accepted everywhere else. I have never been turned away from an event for using my BRP before.

I paid so much money for this event and travelled all the way to Nottingham, just to be rejected at the door with no warning, no solution, and no refund just very rude security. If BRPs aren't accepted, that should be made clear before people buy tick*ts.

This was a complete waste of time, money, and effort. Poor organisation and badly informed security. Would not recommend at all.
