About

Tchotchke are a New York–based Retro Indie inspired Rock and Pop trio known for blending the stunning harmonies and melodic craftsmanship of 1960s girl groups with a modern indie sensibility. Formed by long-time collaborators Anastasia Sanchez, Eva Chambers, and Emily Tooraen, the band evolved from the Los Angeles indie outfit Pinky Pinky before relocating to New York and adopting the Tchotchke name.

Their music draws heavily from classic influences such as The Beach Boys, The Ronettes, and The Shangri-Las, resulting in a sound that feels both nostalgic and contemporary. , whose members have produced much of their recorded work. Their self-titled debut album, released in 2022, introduced audiences to their timeless pop aesthetic, while their 2025 follow-up, Playin' Dumb, further refined their blend of sunshine pop, power pop, and classic rock influences.

Critics have praised the band for creating music that sounds like a lost treasure from another era while maintaining a fresh and distinctive identity.

Support from Canned Pineapple

Canned Pineapple formed in the south coast city, inspired by the DIY communities around them. Loosely taking inspiration from feral 60s garage punk, Canned Pineapple sluice this through British indie rock lineages in the process.

Cork native lead vocalist Seán Drury is a fiery presence at their sweat-drenched live shows, joined by guitarist Oakley Gardiner, guitarist Gabe Rice (Grass-Fed Stallion), and drummer Charlie Pringle.
