Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night

Funhouse Comedy launches the new season at Towcester Mill Brewery, on Thursday September 24th with a great night of laughter.

Topping the bill is a favourite entertainer of the troops, Phil Walker. Starting out at the likes of Butlins he went on to win Manchester's 'City Life Comedian of the Year', (previous winners being Peter Kay and Steve Coogan). His cheeky smile and warm persona are backed-up by the unique ability to state the obvious, in both an entertaining and subtle way. His energy and pace ensure that audiences love him wherever he goes.

Opening the night will be Birmingham-based comedian Jay Handley known for his smart, self-deprecating humour and engaging storytelling. A regular on the UK comedy circuit, he mixes sharp observations with playful charm, tackling everything from relationships to modern life with wit and warmth.

Also appearing is Fitzgerald Honger a terrific and multi-talented comedian, writer and actor, with his distinctive and creative sense of humour that is sure to make the crowd roar.

Completing the line-will be the unique and funny John Smith.

Compere for the night is Pete Teckman who has been crowned Silver Stand Up of the Year 2017 at Leicester Comedy festival, an award for comedians over 40 years of age, with his mix of self deprecating and empirical humour.
