Review of Delasole Festival

Great weekend and huge acts but could really do with better advertising as very poorly advertised.

Paid Â£73 each for VIP and got nothing extra, made no difference to service or queues or views. We could have walked in for free as many others did. So feel ripped off. Music was quite good but the overall experience was very disappointing and we would not attend again

I think the day was amazing and something the whole family enjoyed. All the acts were great and even better that there were well know performers. I really liked the added extras of the bouncy cables and t***poline were included in the price. But with the wait time before quite long there was only 3 out of 4 t***polines open and the bouncy castle was only aimed at smaller kids. My 2 girls loved meeting the characters walking around at the festival but as we were sat near the front we felt like we missed a lot as it was by chance we saw bubble bee and the princess walk past. 
The only issue I really had with the day was there was a delay getting into the festival which I understand was a technical issue but when you have kids excited to go in they become very impatient. There also didn't seem to be a nice flow once we were able to enter as the staff didn't seem to know what the plan was.  This would need working on for future events. There was enough signs at the main area explaining rules and regulations. We took a picnic box and didn't know we wasn't allowed to take this in as there was nothing online to say other wise and only a small sign once you got near the front of the line again a suggestion to help improve.
