Salford Cocktail Club is our monthly bar night, where the team behind our rum and gin steps out from the stills and behind the bar. They spend weeks developing each menu - new serves built around the spirits we distil on site, that you won't find anywhere else.

Your first drink is on us. You'll get a welcome cocktail on arrival, then settle into your own reserved table for the whole evening. Dark wood, green leather, low light, and the stills just a few feet away.

We're two minutes from Manchester city centre - which makes us either the best start to a night out, or the whole night itself.

How the night runs:

• Arrive from 18:30 - we'll show you to your table. It's yours for the night.
• Welcome cocktail - your included drink, made with the spirits distilled downstairs.
• Distillery bar night - work through the month's menu, or go off it entirely (we like a challenge). Last orders 23:30.
