Doodle presents Admin

After the incredible night we shared there with Hidden Spheres, we had to come back to this special spot tucked away in the depths of Cheetham Hill. Raw, intimate and full of energy, Honey Street quickly became one of our favourite spaces to dance in Manchester.

This time, we’re very excited to finally welcome Admin.
We’ve wanted to book him for years. His name kept appearing everywhere, from line-ups and record bags to conversations with people whose taste we trust. His beautiful record ‘Step into Light’  recently featured on the Mr Bongo Record Club compilation and was also selected for Luke Una’s newest É Soul Cultura compilation. It felt like the universe was giving us a nudge.
In an era that moves too quickly and forgets too easily, Admin stands for something different: a patient, deeply knowledgeable selector and producer whose sound is rooted in soul, disco and jazz, carefully distilled into warm, cosmic productions and expansive DJ sets. Based in Bristol, he’s quietly become a treasured name in our scene, the kind of DJ you’ll be gassing up for months after witnessing. 

Joining him is our friend Martin from 45 Records Lancaster and Chugg, where we’ll be playing on 6th June. One of the loveliest people in the scene and someone who’s supported Doodle from early on, Martin will be warming things up before we head deeper into the night.
Alongside them, Doodle residents Amuse Bouche, Charlie Fleig and Joe Strugs will be guiding things from start to finish with their killer stashes of records and handsome faces.
