About To Kill a Mockingbird
To Kill a Mockingbird is Aaron Sorkin’s stage adaptation of Harper Lee’s novel, returning to the West End for a strictly limited summer season. Set in 1934 Alabama, it follows lawyer Atticus Finch as he tries to uncover the truth in a town determined to hide it, while guiding his children with kindness and empathy.
The story is based on Harper Lee’s seminal American novel, inspired by her own childhood. The book has sold more than 45 million copies worldwide, won the Pulitzer Prize for Literature and was long at the top of the banned book lists.
Duration: Approximately 2 hours 50 minutes including an interval.
