Hay Fever is a new production of Noël Coward’s comedy, directed by Emily Burns.

Judith Bliss has retired from life on stage, but already misses the applause. At the family’s country home, her husband David and children Sorrel and Simon are not much of an audience.

When Judith invites a young fan for the weekend, each member of the family has a guest arriving at the same time. With everyone ill-suited to hosting and unwilling to compromise, the house quickly erupts into parlour games, put-downs and unrequested encores.

Current cast

Christine Baranski, an Emmy, two-time Tony, Screen Actors Guild and Drama Desk winner, makes her West End debut as Judith Bliss. Richard E. Grant appears alongside her in the production.
